Clearing your Web Browser Cache


I only use use 2 different browsers so these are the only ones I know about but clearing your Web browser cache forces the browser to load the latest versions of Web pages and programs you visit. It also can increase the speed of your browsing and loading pages.

For Internet Explorer version: 7.0.5730.11

  1. Click "Tools" from the Internet Explorer menubar
  2. Click "Internet Options" at the bottom
  3. Under the "General" Tab in the "Browsing history" section click "Delete..."
  4. I always select "Delete All" at the bottom
  5. Tick (put a check mark in it) the little box in the little prompt box that pops up
  6. Click "Yes"
  7. Click "OK"
If you still have a problem, repeat the steps above and restart the computer.


For Firefox version 2.0.0.4

  1. Click "Tools"
  2. Click "Clear Private Data"
  3. I always tick all the boxes
  4. Click "Clear Private Data Now"
